Drone Surveillance for Narcotics Investigation

Covert surveillance is a vital tool for a narcotics investigator, arguably one of their most valuable tools. Working in a clandestine manner can reveal valuable intelligence and testimony when investigating drug traffickers. However, drug traffickers have learned that law enforcement lurks in the shadows. Seasoned drug traffickers might even perform counter-surveillance as a method of evading law enforcement. Investigating today's drug organizations has become increasingly taxing with the amount of evidence expected of some courts. Utilizing every tool to our advantage can be the difference between a non-guilty verdict and a conviction for those that choose to pollute our communities with dangerous substances.
