Class participants will learn how to use situational awareness, behavioral analysis, emotional intelligence, persuasion techniques, and verbal and nonverbal communication greatly enhance their effectiveness as a law enforcement officer. Additionally, the class will cover topics to include: Racial Sensitivity and Stereotyping, Managing Emotions, and Self-Awareness.
