  2. Become familiar with the different project management methodologies.
  3. Learn how to apply the tools and templates to make a project seamless.
  4. Identify how to approach and resolve team challenges.
  5. Prepare project health reports and dashboards.
  6. Apply real project case studies that can be applied immediately in the workplace.
