Biography: Debbie Rough-Mack, M.A. Debbie Rough-Mack has extensive experience in the public and private sectors in leadership, team and organizational development, coaching, change leadership, stakeholder involvement and program management. She is committed to helping leaders and groups envision and plan for their desired futures and achieve their business goals with effectiveness, integrity and conscious choice. Before starting her consulting practice Rough-Mack held management positions in the public and private sectors, served as a two-term president of the American Society of Training and Development (Nisqually Chapter), and was co-anchor of an information technology television show. She has been a Mentor/ Advisor to Masters Candidate students in the Organizational Systems Renewal (OSR) programs at Antioch University and Seattle University for over 10 years and is a regionally known conference presenter. In addition to consulting and volunteering, Rough-Mack teaches leadership classes for UW Tacoma’s KeyBank Professional Development Center. She earned her M.A. in Whole Systems Design at Antioch University; a B.A. in Communications at Washington State University, and holds certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified Instructor and Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) Certified Administrator.
