Gabrielle M. McNabb MAOL/MSHR Gabrielle has over 30 years of nursing, military, and healthcare experience. As a Clinical Workflow Analyst she has honed her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt skills by initiating and implementing process improvement programs for various departments in a military healthcare facility. In her current role as the Risk Manager in a military healthcare facility, she is continuously working on process improvement in order to make healthcare safer for the patients and staff we serve. She holds a UW Tacoma Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, is a certified Black Belt and Master Black Belt, and teaches the Lean Six Sigma Green and White Belt courses at UW Tacoma.
