Biography: Wendy Fraser Ph.D. Wendy Fraser provides leadership and coaching in strategic planning, change management, Baldrige principles, organization development, group dynamics, trust repair, Lean Six Sigma - process improvement and employee engagement practices. Fraser worked for the State of Washington for nearly 18 years in three agencies before launching her organization development consulting practice. She made many contributions as a public servant and she received the 2004 Governor's Award for Sustained Leadership. Since leaving state employment, she has consulted with nearly forty state executive and legislative agencies, boards and colleges in four states. She has clients in public, private, education, and not-for-profit sectors in four countries. She is currently a faculty member with three universities. Fraser earned her Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems,from Fielding Graduate University; an M.S., Human Resource Management at Chapman University; and M.A. in Organizational Leadership at Chapman University; an M.A. Human and Organizational Development at Fielding Graduate University and a B.A. in Management and Finance from Saint Martin's University.
