Biography: Larry Dzieza, M.P.A. Larry Dzieza's career has focused on governmental policy and fiscal issues in federal, state, city, and county government in legislative and executive budget and finance positions. In his current position as Fiscal and Facilities Manager at the Office of Administrative Hearings, he uses his expertise in federal and state policy and budget analysis, strategic planning and innovative uses of technology to improve service and communication to citizens. His previous experience includes positions with the National Governors' Association, the National Association of State Budget Officers, the federal Office of Management and Budget, the United States Senate Budget Committee, the Washington State Office of Financial Management and several Washington State agencies. Dzieza holds an M.P.A. from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Political Science, from Sonoma State University.
