Biography: Karen Chaudiere, MBA, Arizona State University; B.S., Industrial Technology, Western Washington University; American Society of Quality (ASQ) Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), PMP Karen is a successful performance improvement facilitator with over 20 years experience leading and collaborating on process improvement initiatives in a variety of settings. Her most recent 12 years have been in Health Care. She also has 6 years manufacturing (Boeing) and 6 years service (Verizon) experience. Coaching in the use of Lean methods and tools as well as data collection and analysis for various projects has been a key contribution to the project teams she works with. She possesses outstanding group facilitation, communication and presentation skills. She is described as enthusiastic, flexible, professional and having excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, easily interacting with all levels of staff and external consultants. Karen is a member of the Advisory Board for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management (MSCM) program at Western Washington University. She mentors students enrolled in the program. She is the featured presenter in the Statistical Process Control (SPC) Lesson 32, of Coast Learning Systems online “Statistically Speaking” distance learning program.
