Biography: Samad Aidane, Ph.D., PMP, is a project management and cross-cultural leadership researcher, consultant, and trainer with over 28 years industry experience that spans telecom, finance, health care, and government technology implementation projects. He holds a Ph.D. for his research on racial equity practices in project management. Samad is a lecturer in the Master of Science in Project Management program at Northeastern University and the College of Business at Oregon State University. He has presented at international conferences such as Project Management Institute Global Congress, Dubai International Project Management Forum, and Oracle OpenWorld. Samad is a Certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.
