Biography: Jerilyn is an Enterprise Agile Coach who has worked at T-Mobile for 13 years. In that time, she has successfully led several "teams of teams" (Agile Release Trains) to build new platforms, systems, and customer tools. She has taught SAFe classes to over 300 people in person and virtually with remarkably high customer satisfaction and net promoter scores
