Biography: Dr. Toni Aspin is an experienced leader that develops and executes actionable and measurable growth and positive change strategies for a diverse portfolio of businesses. She is acknowledged for fostering a robust learning environment grounded in shared practices of inquiry and reflexivity. She has held leadership roles in both the profit and nonprofit sectors including: Chief Executive Officer for One Reel, the premier special events producer on the west coast, Managing Director for Richard Hugo House, a literary arts center in Seattle, Executive Director for Centrum, an arts and creative education center located in Port Townsend; Chief Financial Officer for the Seattle Symphony, and, in the profit sector she served as a founding executive for two banks in the state of Washington.In 2011, Toni launched a private consulting firm, Aspin & Company that provides guidance to enterprise leaders with an emphasis on start-up business planning, strategic growth advancement, organizational capacity building, governance counsel, and executive coaching.Aspin earned a PhD at the California Institute of Integral Studies in the Transformative Studies program. Her dissertation investigates reframing corporate boardroom dynamics to instill a participatory paradigm. She is a CPA, earned an MBA in the Executive program at the University of Washington and graduated with honors from Pacific Coast Banking School.
