Critical to Quality (CTQ) trees are a simple but effective tool for translating customer feedback/needs into specific, actionable, measurable performance requirements. While it is used most often in Lean Six Sigma, CTQ trees are useful in a variety of situations: developing a new product, launching a project, becoming more competitive in your market, etc. This one-hour webinar covers the basics of uncovering your customer's CTQs and creating a basic CTQ tree.

Employers implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives to both ensure compliance and increase their overall bottom-line via a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce. This two-hour webinar focuses on how to evaluate current workplace inequities based on demographics (race, age, gender, disability) and create a task force to address them. Certificate Programs

A nine-month, 128-hour program covering the growing importance of planned and major gifts, the fundamental relationship between good management, financial and marketing skills, and the ability to development strong case statements for grant proposals. No application required and courses may be taken in any order, but the program will only be offered every other year so students are encouraged to start in September and complete the program in June if possible.
