Establishing community advisory boards (CABs) is a strategy in building a more equitable organization, while being held accountable to the communities most impacted by organizational practices. This 90-minute webinar is a space for organizational leaders to begin exploring the ways a CAB can further their agency's racial equity work.

Certificate Programs

A nine-month, 128-hour program covering the growing importance of planned and major gifts, the fundamental relationship between good management, financial and marketing skills, and the ability to development strong case statements for grant proposals. No application required and courses may be taken in any order, but the program will only be offered every other year so students are encouraged to start in September and complete the program in June if possible.
A nine-month, 90-hour program focused on nonprofit leadership, financial management and the broader operational aspects of nonprofits. Classes generally held weekday evenings. No application required and courses may be taken in any order.
