In this 6-hr workshop, participants will investigate ways to use the data they already have (or could collect) to further equity and inclusiveness in their organization.

Public Sector Process Improvement (CPM�)

In this course, students will learn the core tools and skills of process improvement at a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level to support the completion of the CPM� Capstone. Only available to admitted students within the Certified Public Manager� program.
