Participants will identify key financial terms, review and analyze financial statements and develop financial policies and procedures to effectively manage resources. Practice preparing reports that tell readers what is important. Discuss the key ratios used for monitoring an organization's financial health and fiscal stability. Course is designed for professionals who work for or with nonprofit organizations. A background in Finance is not required.
