This course is designed to provide nonprofit professionals with concepts and practices to apply in a contemporary nonprofit ecology aimed at fostering distinguished leadership. The course content is rooted in three themes: 1) leadership paradigms and capacities, 2) nonprofit governance as leadership, and 3) strategic engagement and adaptation. Approximately two class sessions will be dedicated to each of these themes although the themes are interconnected and each informs the other.
