Leadership of any kind starts with a strong understanding of yourself and how you move through the world. In this course, students will learn how their work styles/personality temperament, emotional intelligence, and combination of identities impacts their leadership journey; explore foundational approaches to leadership; and create a a Vision Board/guiding document that defines your leadership approach, goals, and path forward.
