Course Detail: LD303 - Strategic Leadership

Becoming an ethical and effective leader at the organizational level requires more than charisma or business savvy. You must comprehend the linkages between organizational structure and culture, how healthy and adaptive workplace culture is created and practiced, methods for engaging in effective strategic planning, both traditional and real-time, as well as how to lead with adaptability and resilience.

After this course, students should be able to
