Course Detail: P_ADVAGILE - Advanced Agile Practices

***Please Note*** Introduction to Agile, Scrum, and Kanban is not a prerequisite to Advanced Agile Practices. However, experience and a substantial amount of practice is recommended before enrolling in this class.

Agile helps you adapt to changing business conditions. It’s not just for software development teams anymore. Agile culture and agile practices are essential for long term sustainable organizational agility.

This course will give you a better understanding of Agile practices and goes beyond the fundamentals of Agile frameworks.
