Course Detail: C_MORALINJURY - Moral Injury

This first convening in a series around Moral Injury focuses on veterans with moral injury.

By the end of the day-long workshop, participants will be able to:

- identify components of moral identity formation;

- recognize potential moral injury experiences and behaviors that indicate moral injury exposure in military veterans;

- distinguish moral injury from other forms of trauma such as PTSD, appraise morally injurious experiences and select best-practice strategies for different populations of veterans and precipitating events; and

- utilize deep-listening in both individual and collective strategies for narrative processing.
