She has a broad work history with large corporations, small businesses, and healthcare. She has taught countless leadership and management classes, led team building and strategic planning retreats. Mary received Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher training at Bangor University in Wales, United Kingdom and the University of California, San Diego.
