This friendly and interactive workshop series will introduce you to key business growth concepts, so you can contribute to business growth wherever you sit - be it marketing, sales, research and development, operations, or finance.
This course is designed to follow Market Research to Gain Competitive Advantage & Sales. However, this course can also be taken individually.
- Consider the top current growth opportunities for your company and how to support them with your department
- Develop a 1-page strategic growth plan for your company
- Understand how to develop a marketing plan and growth action plan for your business or department, including the applicability of social media
- Develop a strategic planning process for your department, division, business unit, or company
In this course, you will review and develop growth and strategic planning, marketing plans, competitive advantage, value proposition, growth readiness, opportunity assessments and action planning
At the end of the day, you will have had hands on experience learning and applying key business growth concepts to your organization. You will leave the session with a binder, full of your groundwork for strategic plan preparation as well as your strategy and plans for implementation.
