Course Detail: P_FINNONFIN - Finance for Non-Financial Professionals

This course will raise the financial awareness of class participants allowing them to make better business decisions and provide enhanced value for their organization's shareholders and stakeholders.

Learning Objectives:

After this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • gain a basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts and terminology, as well as the ability to read, assess and understand key financial statements
  • highlight the link between an organization's strategy, operational objectives and financial objectives
  • gain knowledge about key accounting, planning and budgeting, financial reporting, financial analysis and cash management processes
