Nature as Healer
Why is nature healing? What happens to us when we're in nature that makes it beneficial to our health? How do we take advantage of nature's medicine? Overwhelming scientific evidence shows us that nature heals. Many countries are using this information to help their citizens stay healthy longer without medications. We will use the fox walk meditation technique to help us connect to the earth.
We will wander the landscape and use healing methods to help ourselves and others. We will feel the sun on our faces and touch the earth. Note: this class has elements of earth-based spirituality.
