Landmark Cases of the Supreme Court
Examine two of the most important, relatively recent cases decided by the U. S. Supreme Court. The first, Griswold v. Connecticut established the right of privacy, a right critics claim is not explicit in the Constitution. The second is Bush v. Gore, the case that decided the outcome of the 2000 election.
