BRIAN FEDORICK is the PSD's Recycled Water Superintendent and has a Master's in PublicHealth from the University of SC.  Underhis leadership, the PSD's Recycled Water Plant has earned the S.C. Departmentof Environmental Services' Facility Excellence Awards for its sanitary sewercollection system.
