If your original certificate of completion has been lost, damaged, or you need an additional copy, you can request a duplicate here for $25.00. Please select your preferred delivery method from the dropdown menu: a printed copy mailed to you or a digital certificate issued through Credly and sent via email.

Upon checkout, you will be prompted to provide any former last names you may have had while going through the program, the approximate year you received your original certificate of completion and the last four of your Social Security Number. (By providing the last four of your SSN, it will allow us to verify your identity.)
