This course is offered for teachers participating in the North Dakota RISE State Mentoring Program. Each participant is working with a beginning teacher or a mentor teacher and the building Administrator over the course of the school year. The activities included in this course are in supplement and developed to enrich the Mentoring experience.

The ND RISE welcomes instructional coaches in North Dakota to be part of a community of support and professional learning through the Coaches Academy. The Academy consists of online and in-person sessions for the 2025-2026 school year.
