Karina Knutson is a Licensed Registered Dietitian (LRD) working at both the UND Wellness Center and Student Health Services. She has been leading or assisting with cooking classes in the Culinary Corner since the Wellness Center opened its doors in the fall of 2006. She is a 2008 graduate of UND.
