DESCRIPTION:Event Description:\n\nReal Estate Property Manager License Course \n\n<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="line-height: 107%;">This course is designed for those seeking to apply for a Property Manager license in the State of Oregon. This course introduces licensing laws and rules including statutes within Oregon Revised Statute Chapter 696 pertaining to property management and Oregon Administrative Rules under division 863.&nbsp; After the class term ends, you must pass a required exam from the Oregon Real Estate Agency's (OREA) exam vendor. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="line-height: 107%;">This course combines seven (7) weekly interactive ZOOM sessions along with online home study to meet the OREA pre-exam requirement. You must complete a total of 60 hours of study between weekly ZOOM classes and online studies.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">&nbsp; </span>Plan to spend 4-6 hours each week completing the online home study in addition to attending the Tuesday evening classes. The course is approved by the OREA.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="line-height: 107%;"><b>Course Prerequisites:</b> There are no prerequisites to take this course. While holding a property manager license, the licensee may work on their own or with others.
