"Create a Viable Business Plan" is a two-part, in-person class. Bring your specific business idea to the class and get ready to take it to the next level. Your instructor will guide you through the steps of writing a coherent and authentic business plan that outlines not only your great business idea, but how your business will operate and grow as well.
Business plans can be difficult to write, especially if you've never written one. If you need a business plan and don't know where to start, consider joining our next session of this informative course. You will be working with our small business adviser, Justin Deedon, who has been a part of starting multiple small businesses and has experience in lending, fundraising, and capital investment requirements.
In the first class, you'll work through understanding the components of a business plan as well as how to organize your thoughts to begin your formalized plan.
In our second class, we use a tool called LivePlan to format your ideas into a coherent, readable, and impressive business plan. You will leave this class with a plan that you can present to banks, lenders, investors, as well as use for your own roadmap to success.
Please be aware that you will need to be available for two in-person classes, and two one-on-one advising sessions in-between classes.
