Based on the latest American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).</p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Who should take this course?</b></p><p class="MsoNormal">The Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs an OSHA-compliant course completion card - or anyone who simply wants to be ready to respond in an emergency.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>What does this course teach?</b></p><p class="MsoNormal">Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED teaches the lifesaving skills of first aid, CPR and AED including:<o:p></o:p></p><blockquote style="margin: 0 0 0 40px; border: none; padding: 0px;">- First     aid basics<br>- Medical     emergencies<br>- Injury emergencies<br>- Environmental emergencies<br>- Preventing     illness and injury<br>- Adult CPR and AED use<br>- Child CPR AED and Infant CPR<br>- Choking help for an Adult, Child or Infant<br>- Drowning response and prevention<br>- Opioid-associated life-threatening emergencies</blockquote><p class="MsoNormal">Book included in course fee.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Upon completion of all course requirements, participants receive a Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course Completion Card which is valid for two years.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b><i>Learn from the gold standard in lifesaving training.<o:p></o:p></i></b></p>For an optional CPR-Only course, please call 541-440-4668.<div><p class="MsoNormal"><b>This class can be delivered at specific work locations on request.
