Earned Value Management Analysis and Reporting

What You Will Learn:

  • Determine EVM compliance and reporting requirements: Understand the key regulatory frameworks and guidelines for EVM.
  • Identify EVM terms and metrics: Master essential terms and metrics fundamental to EVM analysis.
  • Calculate EVM metrics using formulae: Learn how to accurately calculate key performance metrics.
  • Develop and validate EACs: Ensure the accuracy and realism of cost projections using estimates at completion (EACs).
  • Identify IPMDAR components and applications: Understand integrated program management data and reporting's (IPMDAR) critical elements.
