Learn your distinct temperament (Blue, Gold, Green, or Orange) for your leadership and communication style. Participate in interactive, fun group discussions, and activities that highlight the important characteristics of each temperament. Utilize the Real Colors personality temperaments and participate in a Low Ropes Course. Participants share observations, lessons learned, and ways to transfer them to their personal and professional lives. Comfortable attire and closed toe/closed heel shoes are required.

CEUs are awarded based on the number of scheduled contact hours.
