Communicating with Influence is based on leadership principles developed by world-renowned expert John C. Maxwell and helps participants build the skills needed to connect, communicate clearly, and inspire others. The course focuses on finding common ground, keeping communication simple, capturing interest, inspiring others, and staying authentic. Participants will also develop confidence in giving and receiving feedback, apply professional etiquette when delivering feedback, and contribute to a positive feedback culture. These practical tools can be immediately applied to strengthen communication and influence in professional and personal settings.
