Instructor: Terry Painter

No image available Biography: Terry Painter is the manager of the Indoor Air Quality Division of WS Electrical & Air Conditioning in Decatur, Alabama. Terry began his career in the mechanical construction industry in 1973 and has remained in the field since that time. During his thirty-year career, he has participated in most aspects of mechanical construction, including design, installation, maintenance, sales and service. He has directed projects from residential applications to multi-million dollar commercial/industrial projects. He is a licensed heating and air conditioning contractor in Alabama and has successfully passed certification examinations in Georgia, Florida and Tennessee as well. Terry is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). During the last year, Terry participated in the development of the Assessment and Remediation of Mold in Buildings training course offered through the University of Alabama's College of Continuing Studies. 8/2003
