Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare professionals trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, perform high-quality CPR on adults, children, and infants, deliver appropriate ventilations, and provide early use of an AED (DHS childcare providers, see HLTH-3481).
