Required skill/experience: Sworn peace officer or private/tribal security guard Phase IV License.
Improve handgun handling skills with a focus on safety, maintenance, accuracy, range operations, and proper weapons handling. Instruction includes shooting fundamentals, reloads, and malfunction clearing, with hands-on training in basic shooting drills. Successful completion meets CLEET qualification requirements. You are required to supply 250 rounds of new ammunition, duty belt, holster, 3 mags and pouches, comfortable footwear, and PPE. CLEET approved 4-hours CE. Class is held at TCSO Range.
