Nurse Retention Board of Nursing required class. Class isn't applicable to Advanced Practice Nurses.
FLEX - You must call (918) 828-5000 and schedule four theory sessions in the FLEX lab (16-hours total), T/W/TH 10A-2P and 3P-7P, and some scheduled Saturdays 8A-12P (excluding holidays or closures).
