Course Detail: FOOD-3507 - Cooking Fundamentals 2

Continue your culinary journey. Demonstrations, paired with hands-on experiences, will cover vegetables in various cooking methods, from frying to sautéing, plus meat techniques of braising, roasting, and grilling. Establish basic baking with muffins, biscuits, and cookies. The class culminates with you submitting and preparing your unique recipe.
