ServSafe®, a national certification, meets the requirements of the Tulsa Health Department. Registration must be made at least 1 week prior to the class start date to allow the required time to study your book. Enroll in-person or online and pick up your book at the Client Service Center, 3638 S. Memorial Drive. Classes are taught in English, unless specified. The ServSafe® test is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Canadian French, and large print. Please note, English, Spanish, Chinese, and large print tests are administered online.
