Course Detail: YW - Yoga for Wellness
A special yoga class focused on wellness, stress management and increased flexibility will be offered as part of a non-credit community course offering at Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) this Fall. Led by TAMIU faculty member Dr. Jyotsna Mukherji, the class is part of TAMIU's Continuing Education program. It is open to the community, designed for teens to adults and offered at a gentle pace. Yoga can help improve flexibility, build core strength and manage stress. Many believe it measurably improves quality of life.

The class will every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 p.m. What to Bring: Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat,. Wear fitted workout clothes, and a bottle of water to keep hydrated. Students must pay monthly below, and register for separate sessions at once or pay 25 sessions all at once.
