Course Detail: BEGYOGA - 115 Gentle Beginner's Yoga - IN PERSON OUTSIDE/Rain Dates VIRTUAL

Yoga is a calm, yet exhilarating, total-body conditioning exercise. There are many styles of yoga but this class offered at OLLI is gentle enough to be practiced by those over 50. If you are new to yoga or have any physical limitations, this is a great class. Modifications and instructions for proper alignment will be given throughout the practice. We will do strengthening and stretching along with breathing and short meditation. This class is specially designed for OLLI! Bring your own mat and blanket/towel (beach towel or big bath towel) to class.You will also need to purchase 2 yoga blocks for your own use. Rain dates will be held VIRTUALLY.
