Course Detail: BEGTAICHI - 118 Beginning Tai Chi & Qigong - IN PERSON OUTSIDE/Rain Dates VIRTUAL

Tai Chi and Qigong are beneficial for the health of mind and body. Practicing Tai Chi and Qigong helps improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength and well-being. Gentle Tai Chi movements of Yang style and Sun style along with some Qigong practice will be taught in class. Wear comfortable clothing to class. Rain dates will be held VIRTUALly.
