This class is for the true beginning watercolor artist and those who want to review the basics. We will practice various techniques in applying paint to paper, brushstrokes, color mixing, textures and more; and use these techniques in a painting each week. Watercolor can be challenging, but is also very fun and spontaneous! Leave expectations at home and come learn the joy of watercolor painting! Instructor Stacie Rose is a local artist and president of Saginaw Area Watermedia Artists. She has an associate's degree in applied arts from Lansing Community College.
