Course Detail: 243STRENGTH - 243 Senior Strength Training - IN PERSON

Ready to bring your strength training to the next level? This class is for anyone already strength training but wanting a fun, group class to kick it up a notch. We will use hand weights, machines, bands, stability balls, kettle bells, medicine balls, bosu balls, and bodyweight exercises to do circuits and interval training. The class will have fun variations to exercises you may already be doing. Get ready for a stronger body and entertaining workout!
