Course Detail: 238AJOURNALING - 238A Journaling for Fun & Intention - STARTING JANUARY 26

Learn how to journal with intention with this class that is focused on exploring the many ways in which journaling can enrich your life. Each class opens with a meditation session followed by a related journal prompt. From there, we will share, talk about, and help solve each other's problems using a variety of different techniques. This class is presented by Deb St. Hilaire, an author, speaker, and coach. Deb has certifications in meditation, mindfulness, nutrition, design psychology, and life and wellness coaching.
