Join owners Keith and Jackie Gere of Willi's Sausage Company in Frankenmuth for a day of sausage-making fun! In this class, you will make 5 lbs. of sausage to take home. Choose between Bratwurst or Kielbasa and learn how to cut, grind, and stuff them. In addition, a meat and cheese tray are included in the class for snacking, as well as a Bratwurst to go or eat during the class.
