Originally created as a style of self-defense, Tai Chi has since evolved into the practice of contrasting and complimentary movements that help reduce stress and anxiety. In addition, it can also help increase strength and balance. In this class you will be led through a Tai Chi session that will benefit you both mentally and physically!
