Course Detail: 147STRENGTH - 147 Senior Strength Training - IN PERSON

Ready to bring your strength training to the next level? This class is for anyone already strength training but wanting a fun, group class to kick it up a notch. We will use hand weights, and bodyweight exercises to do circuits and interval training. The class will have fun variations to exercises you may already be doing. Get ready for a stronger body and entertaining workout! You will need your own set of 3-5 lb and 8-10 lb dumbells. Rain dates will be held virtually via Zoom.
